• Facilitate connections between clients and freelancers
• Provide profile hosting and verification services
• Enable communication through contact information exchange
• Offer platform security and data protection

Important: We do not process payments, manage projects, or mediate disputes between users. All transactions and agreements are between users directly.

General Responsibilities:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Report any violations or suspicious activity

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide clear project requirements and expectations
• Establish payment terms directly with freelancers
• Communicate professionally with freelancers
• Conduct due diligence before engaging freelancers

Freelancer Responsibilities:

• Deliver work that meets agreed-upon standards
• Meet project deadlines and milestones
• Maintain professional communication
• Provide accurate information about skills and experience

Important Notice: Our platform does not process payments or handle financial transactions between users.

Payment Arrangements:

• All payment arrangements are made directly between clients and freelancers
• Users are responsible for establishing their own payment terms and methods
• We do not guarantee payment or provide escrow services
• Users should use secure payment methods and maintain proper documentation

Platform Fees:

• We may charge platform usage fees for premium features
• Any fees will be clearly communicated before service use
• We do not take commissions on user transactions

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Posting false or misleading information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using our platform for illegal activities
• Impersonating other users or platform staff

Platform Content:

Our platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Freelancers Lebanon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content:

Users retain ownership of their content. By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Work Deliverables:

Ownership of work deliverables is determined by the agreement between clients and freelancers. We recommend clearly defining ownership terms in project agreements.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws.

Important Disclaimer: Our platform serves as a connection service only. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or outcome of work performed by freelancers
• Payment disputes between users
• Project delays or cancellations
• Communication issues between users
• Any financial losses incurred by users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelancers Lebanon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.

User Disputes: We do not mediate disputes between users. Users are responsible for resolving their own conflicts.

Platform Issues: For technical issues or platform-related problems, please contact our support team.

Legal Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Lebanese law.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our platform will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our platform.

Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
